Grace, Growth and Glory: Our Theme

 

The theme for the next two years (2009-2011) is “Grace, Growth and Glory” and we will be concentrating our efforts on adding charm to OSA, making it bigger and stronger and making it an organization that its members are proud to belong to.

 

Grace

 

• Members are respectful to other members, to the organization and to themselves.
• Members practice humane qualities, understand other people’s feelings, stand by at the times of need, think good for other members and do good for the community rendering service
• Members volunteer for OSA activities, research and think new ideas for betterment of the organization, solve issues and problems in friendly, assertive manner

 

Growth

 

• Growth in membership
  • Each member gets a new member
  • Veteran members inspire their heirs to become members of OSA
• Growth in member participation and involvement
  • Members create new projects and represent OSA in reaching milestones for those projects
  • Members with compatible talents work together to make a lasting contribution
• Growth in financial strength
  • Timely contribution for OSA activities, programs and management
  •  “Dollar a day” savings for OSA creating a OSA money bank and contributing that to OSA

• Cultural propagation by setting and achieving milestones
