Subrina Biswal Award Competition:
Due to time constraint, it is decided to accept a maximum of 15 participations. Because of the quality of the program and entertainment value, you must send a video clip (Via Google, YouTube or mail a CD of your performance and it should be at least 1 minute) to the address given below with your participation form to Ullasini Sahoo (ullasinis@yahoo.com or osa09cultural@osanynj.org) by May 1st. We encourage group items. In order to encourage participation and accommodate more participation with a stipulated time, the host chapter may choose groups over solo performances, if needed (if one participant is in both group and solo).

US IRS rules prohibit close relatives of participants from being selected as judges. In addition to the five judges to be selected from among the attendees, the IAFF representative will also function as a judge.
