OSA NY-NJ Chapter is taking the pride and privilege to host the event to welcome you all during July 2nd - 5th, 2009. This time you will meet with a smile of Oriyas in New York and New Jersey. Please come and be a part of it. We will ensure that you and your family are among friends, in a setting of "home away from home". As we all know, registration is the starting point of any convention, for your convenience, please register yourself and your family for the convention and book the hotel room in advance. Please remember, the registration fees do not include the cost of food and you have to book the hotel separately. Please send in your payment before June 7, 2009 to qualify for an early bird discount and also be eligible to be part of a draw for attractive prizes.
FOOD: We will ensure that nothing comes in between you and a memorable cuisine experience during the convention. With New Jersey as the home to some of the best Indian cuisine in North America, to this the organizers have added an Oriya flavor. Come prepared to pamper your palate with some exotic varieties.

- There will be no guarantee on food coupon after Jun 25th 2009. Please reserve your food coupon ahead of time.
- Number of rooms in Marriot Hotel (next to the Convention Center) is limited. Please reserve your hotel room as early as possible to avoid last minute rush. The next immediate hotel is 6 miles away from the Convention Center. Though shuttle service is available from the hotel to Convention center.
