Spectacular Years of OSA

Since the Convention marks a major milestone in OSA history, the organizers are planning to bring back the past memories of last 40 years and salute the founding members and volunteers who have kept this flag flying in this far land.

A documentary titled 40 splendid years of Orissa Society of Americas will be published during the convention. This will include people, places, lives, families, achievements and community gatherings of Oriyas in US & Canada. We may include many of the OSA activities in Orissa including OSA programs, Oriya Prabashi Divas, Oriyas in motion both in USA and India, charitable projects and many more.

In order to assess amount and depth of the work, we need the following:

1.	Original documents such as constitution, publications, letters of correspondences, photographs of general interests, videos of OSA activities, cultural programs and meetings, various chapter level gatherings etc.
2.	All past materials both printed and handwritten in PDF format.
3.	All past photographs saved on a 300 dpi and jpg format.
4.	All past VHS tapes in ORIGINAL format (for clarity).
5.	All materials must include information such as name of the sender, name of the event, place, date etc.( preferably in all capital letters for accuracy)

All original materials received will be sent back to the sender. While we will try to include as much as possible but we can not promise any thing at this time.
